David Masters brings significant experience in corporate governance, business consulting and leadership. David’s career extends three decades, commencing in the 1980s working in the accounting and tax industry.

In 1999, he joined the Australian Securities  Exchange (ASX) as a senior manager in their enterprise markets division, where he was a catalyst in facilitating over $100 million in private equity placements for emerging SME enterprises. Since then, David has held a wide range of executive appointments, and co-founded a private equity fund and technology company to support emerging businesses.

In 2009, he established Isoture Consult providing director services. In 2012, David incorporated Isoture Pty Ltd trading as Nominee Director Services [NDS] which is dedicated to providing nominee director solutions in Australia and New Zealand.

Today, David acts as Resident Director, Public Officer, and Company Secretary for many international public listed enterprises and privately held global companies.
